CONNECT | Frye Nouveau After Hours
Frye Nouveau invites Seattle’s adventurous art lovers, emerging professionals, and creatives ages 21+ to connect with like-minded spirits after hours. This event celebrates the bold, contemporary voices that shape Seattle’s dynamic art scene. Whether you’re coming with friends, bringing a date, or hoping to make new connections, Frye Nouveau offers a lively, artistic space to explore and mingle. The evening’s special guests include Museum Store alcove artist, Nikita Ares, and our favorite Seattle-born DJ, Wax Witch. Attendees can also register for a hands-on marbling workshop to create a one-of-a-kind silk handkerchief.

WITNESS | Juni One Set: Degenerate Art Ensemble with Senga Nengudi and yuniya edi kwon
Boy mother / faceless bloom is an interdisciplinary work by Degenerate Art Ensemble, visual artist Senga Nengudi, and musician/performer yuniya edi kwon. Blending mythology and personal narrative while rooted in queer, anti-colonial, and care-based practices, it combines dance, music, poetry, ritual, and sculpture to tell a story of transformation and new ancestral lines. The artists describe their work as “intensely collaborative, rooted in deep respect and love… through ritual and embodiment, we find paths to healing and growth, inviting others to join. We are telling a story we hope will never end.”
December 12th – 14th | 8:00 pm @ On the Boards
